Lorenzo Iafolla is currently a Ph.D. student at the University of Rome, Tor Vergata, in Microelectronics and Telecommunications Engineering and is a scholarship holder at the INFN (National Institute of Nuclear Physics). He received the Laurea degree in Physics from the University of Rome, Tor Vergata, in 2009. His research mainly focuses on embedded measurement and acquisition systems for physics, implemented on FPGA. His interests included also the research on Gravitational waves detection.
