Stefano Bertazzoni is currently research associate at the University of Rome, Tor Vergata. He received the Laurea degree in Physics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 1996 and the Ph.D. in Microelectronics and Telecommunications Engineering in 2001. His research mainly focuses on RFID, effects of radiation on digital integrated circuits .
